The larger Cheese Knife has the ability to cut soft foods that would stick to an ordinary metal blade such as blocks of soft cheese, cheesecake, hard boiled eggs; anything the Original Small knife would tackle, but on a larger scale. Some people simply enjoy the larger handle and the ability to tackle more at once!
