Our serrated knife works perfectly for cutting a loaf of bread without leaving those pesky leftover crumbs. Typical serrated blades will lose their effectiveness over time, but as we have been told by those that prefer this version over other brands- the special material that makes up this blade requires less maintenance (if used correctly the 'sharpness' is maintained forever) and it can be washed in a machine without tarnishing!
